No one knows why shares may be needed shareHolders believe in KATX's management others no.

Corporations use shares as cash or to create cash - that is not a bad thing we will soon see exactly what the increase is for - will they even be used NO ONE knows.

If additional financing is coming into KATX that is NOT BAD at all.

ShareHolders await execution of the S-1A2 and release/distribution of the BVIG shares - MM's dread that day and work to close the KATS!! The Kats keep moving forward, we expect news on the mine soon!!
