If the share price can go high enough and if mark zuckerberg can prove to his employees that he can make all the $$$$ from shifting Facebook to a money making site than we should be fine. If I was working for Facebook and I know or feel that my FREE shares can make me millions in the future than why not give it a shot and hold on to my shares. Its better than playing the lottery. At least you loose nothing. So I would say that we should be fine when those FREE shares are unlock. We are not investing into a company that doesn't have potential growth. This company has the potential to be much higher and I have a feeling that Facebook's employees have the same feeling. jmho
