It's worth noting that if you go to the Delaware SOS now and search Bebida Beverage Company, they are still listed, but the registered agent listed on that screen capture from 2009 or whenever it was, has resigned.
According to this link, if a registered agent is not appointed to replace one who resigns, the corporate charter is forfeited after 30 days. Since the Delaware corporation has been listed as 'inactive' forever, that probably doesn't mean much one way or the other.
I posted it to show that the roots of the corporation, from which it has not fully emerged in a business sense, are fraught with deception and illegal actions. People like to give Weber credit for straightening it out, but somehow fail to mention that the incredible dilution that led to the R/S and continued afterwards are all the product of the same actions. All Weber did was settle the debt and pass it on to shareholders/buyers while neglecting to tell them what they were paying for, instead issuing dozens of PRs about beverage company operations that never materialized and buying a NASCAR truck racing team. The same dilution also paid off a non-BBDA related personal debt Weber owed to Jared Hochstedler, which was also never disclosed until a deposition was uncovered making reference to it.
Success in getting Koma Unwind out and placed? Sure! Congrats! But there plenty of really good reasons why people should be demanding real transparency in the business operations. Too much misleading and deception there to just pretend everything is hunky dory now - based on nothing but the words of the exact same person responsible for the actions in the past.
