GTGP has been a well known scam for years and the lying PRs finally caught up to Fallacaro and his crony wife. If this gets revoked, good chance, shareholders that haven't sold yet will get NOTHING. There was ample warnings posted as to it's impending demise. Wait to long to sell and risk getting nothing.

enough trading volume since 2007 has occurred for all of these shares to have been sold into the market, particularly during the issuance of false and misleading PR's and the filing of fraudulent financials and documents with the SEC.

It has already proven that GTGP is a scam, so why deny it?
