thefamilyman: Attorney fees were not an issue? Maybe you can explain why then in document 1188 when laying out the stipulated dismissal, it was noted in point four that each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. This would be an odd thing to put in a filing if the attorney fees were not being contested. You are also forgetting that Reynolds filed a motion to have their attorney fees paid by STSI.
