I suppose that the money is not best spent on the auditors at this point. However, that doesn't excuse the lack of communication. As far as I know, the Company can still issue unaudited financial statements in the form of (or as part of) a management update.

IMO IF Brian had done a better job as CEO or even salesman, we would not be in the position of 60k costing the company what little credibility it has, due to inability to pay for a Q. For Gods sake you Net +& TR convinced me a 30 yr. vet of the penny stock wars to invest. Seems Brian could have done SOMETHING to communicate the potential. Instead we flounder and wait for going on three years....that should have been my red flag.....
