Stop using them, and don't go around crying the sky is falling until you are sure. According to Scottrade the last trade was ar 14:14:35. Go sell your fear somewhere else.

sun_life: You may have to call TD to buy CBIS if you can't buy it online. Different brokers are treating it (and many other penny stocks in this election year) in different ways.
My broker has a message that I'd have to call them to buy it and pay an extra fee.
Scottrade charges an extra fee of 1/2 of 1% of the total trade value.
Fidelity only lets you buy 10K shares in a single trade and no more.

After elections, we shouldn't have this difficulty. There is a push to make penny stocks look unattractive so money from investors will flow toward the higher exchanges to make the DOW and other indexes look better.

The usual election year BS.
