Do you mean the i-Hub forum, if so what specifically. If I was allowed I would have 10 'sticky posts', but they only allow 4.
As for the intro page, yeah, I have been negligent...
So, need more clarity, graphics embedded in my posts are rather time consuming, so I do them infrequently.
