It's looks like CDEL tried to stimulate this more with a bid of 900k at .008 and and an ask slap of .0084. It tested the validity and threw up 750k .008 and it sat unfilled for at least 20 minutes. I don't think they got the response they where hoping for since they where dumping shares for a loss yesterday. WTF is going on. Oh well that was an easy flip. Thanks CDEL!
