they will not automaticly transfer once UBDVF is operational, there will be two seperate markets and they even out the exchange at the end of the day... so during the trading day one exchange may go up more than the other but at the closing bell they close out at the exchange rate.
It is my opinion here that UNB.v will be in production before UBDVF is finalized for the American exchange..
