I wish I had a crystal ball to tell you exactly what will happen this week:)
however, now that DLA confirmed it's commitment to the mandate, the semiconductor companies will accelerate their negotiation with APDN regarding the details of DNA mark implementations, and out of 100s of companies impacted by this mandate I am pretty sure we will hear about new contracts between now and November, I have about 95% confidence that on November 1st the stock price will be higher than today
