"Read their disclaimer." You should actually read the S. E. C. statements about trading on inside information, which is what is referred to by OTC Markets. The failure of the company to provide any reasonable public information through any source (including OTC Markets) for six months creates certain potential problems for anyone talking to management of the company as they trade the stock.
