I think I should also point out that Fu brought this onto himself.

- The company didn't communicate very well. For instance, they initially didn't tell us what they needed the cash for that they were raising.
- They never maintained a proper website despite many requests from the shareholders.

We were sitting ducks before the attacks started and I called Fu a loser all the time because of it. Well, it turns out that Fu is a loser and the shareholders have to suffer the consequences.

Even now, the website (that nobody can find) is off-line.

But I suppose nobody cares anymore since they plan to go private now. Fact is, this should never have been a public company. And Fu has failed miserably and should blame himself for the position we are in. He could still fix it by offering a huge one-off dividend coupled with an annual dividend of 30% of last years earnings. Let's see how quickly people want to own this stock then. But I suppose there is no point if they really want to go private. So Fu stays what he has always been - a BIG FAT LOSER.
One hell of a manager though...
