I can be wrong but that 1M deal might be an old news, I think DLA granted 1M a year ago to sponsor the pilot program which leaded to the mandate?...
as far as dollar value goes I would think that SMT contract alone should increase the revenue maybe 5 or even 10-fold??...
SMT has billion chips in stock and according to the PR the contract goes beyond of just military grade chips...1B chips, a penny per chip for marking??..just a quick math..
and I don't know what is inventory turn around for the SMT, there probably is another multiplier there
