The SLUP/East Morgan document on the purchase of the IP was fraudulent, just like the fraudulent documents filed with the SEC by Global. The public announcements regarding the Global/East Morgan JV were false and misleading.

you will see the same thing happening to both East Morgan and possibly SLUP (for the third time).
