They were much more negative cash flow when they were buying back in the .017-2 range compared to now. It's just a theory, and I could be completely wrong, but it is also very feasible IMO. They would have to be pretty dumb to not complete their previously announced 100 million share buy back at these levels, which is likely taking longer due to limits on what they can buy at a time based on trading volume, share price, etc. No better way to maintain a low share price until the buy back is complete then to keep quiet with no PRs which scares people. Then, when they finally finish their buy back, they'll release that black and green Kraken...
