lets clear up a little rumor here


"file reinstate with sec state"

rumor #1 in regard to SEC refiling

FFGO CAN NOT refile with the SEC .. the stock has been permanently revoked

FFGO the public trading company is gone forever .. and can legally NEVER trade again

FFGO had their once in a life time chance to meet with the SEC and discuss the revoking .. FFGO decided to ignore the SEC and the commission revoke the stock. There are no 2nd chances for FFGO .. it was done with managements blessing


Rumor #2
refiling with the state

FFGO management knew they were going to be revoked. FFGO already told share holders they were ceasing operation ( dormant )

If FFGO ever believed they were ever coming back all the had to do was maintain the corporate charter for a small fee per year

Instead ..

FFGO management abandoned all federal and state requirements to be an on going business

FFGO management abandoned the company, terminated all means of communication with the public and vanished 2 years ago.

As of this day .. FFGO management can not be located or communicated with in any way

All of this was done with managements blessing

No one will EVER hear from FFGO ever again
