Thank you for your comments, and I agree with your perspectives on Tivus. I wish all of us the best of luck here. I would like to see Tivus rebound from here, and would like to see Shiva do a share buy-back to re-gain investors' trust. A R/S, at this time, would only do more damage.

I sure don't take issue with your comments.
In fact, every time I post my sentiments I hope that someone will step up with a placebo or some new facts to show that there is hope with Shiva and Tivu. It's just hard to find any of that good information, let alone anyone willing to share it. I like your sentiments and I wish that I could be satisfied in seeing it the same way. Maybe in due time...................

I, as well as many others, agree with you Jugas. Unfortunately all reason has left the building, especially on this board. There may be some questionable practices as far as communication goes, but the allegations of wrong doing have no basis in my own opinion. I am sure you or I will be attacked for saying level headed things, I have before. However I still remain hopeful for the future of Tivus.

For those that say Shiva is a crook and Tivus is a scam and SP stole our money: can you please explain what IS installed at the Philly Marriott, and how it was paid for. To me, a crook would have taken the money and ran away with it, not wasted the money on installing high tech equipment into a 1408 room hotel. How do you think that this install was paid for? How, if you were Shiva, would you have done it differently. Where is the scam part? The company is public to raise funds, through dilution, to fund operations. Sounds like business as usual to me. When the company makes money, we will make money as well.

I think that the CC and the BOD episodes kind of pulled the magic carpet out from under my feet. But hey, I'm in the darkness here just like everyone else. You know, kind of like being thrown in a dumpster and having someone shut the lid on you! Ugly situation to visualize. LOL
