Maybe, but APS SCAMS are notorious for not even doing the DEAD CAT bounces, cause insiders are still dumping shares for HUGE GAINS even at these prices.... Day trader bounces? yep ya can do dat ... but won't last long enough for most normal folks to take advantage of any real bounce ... :-D

Maybe. And maybe it keeps going down. Never can tell with APS plays. I'd hold on till I saw more stability. I still see a falling knife here. Might be best to hold your $ for the next pick, which should be in about a week or so.
