The Coeur mine produced from 1969-1998. Total historical production was 39 million ounces of silver and 33 million pounds of copper from 2.4 million tons of ore.
Average ore grades were 16.6 ounces per ton silver and 0.72 % copper - by shallow levels -
Most often it be much richer and higher ore grades deeper down - were its time to restart it again -
If we throw out the top and bottom two estimates you average out at approximently $3,200 per ounce for gold which is where Jim Sinclair feels it's headed on this current move if not by the end of the year shortly thereafter. If that happens we could see silver approach $100 an ounce. (That is not a question of "if" but "when"?) This is why I am invested in USGIF. We have so much silver and gold in the ground that at those kinds of prices I can only dream about the valuation that will be given to our stock price. That is why I have always maintained that this is a "once in a lifetime" opportunity! by Silvergoldenapple
