Mister Big1 - Don't feel bad. You have lots of company, including myself. A year ago I was a novice trader, who didn't understand how things work down here. My advice to you is to go to a higher level of Venture Exchange, where financing is not done by selling shares to uninformed shareholders. Once you find out how a real company is run, you will never invest anything more than pocket change down here.
