I agree...While IMO I think the CEo is inept at management skills and has made a mess of things I DO NOT think he is that stupid. I don't think for a minute he would put a noose around his own neck with disclosing information that would require an NDA with the common shareholder. Then publicly being posted making like there was some secret information discussed that made the meeting go so well. This has so many things wrong with it I would be very careful making statements like that. I'll give Eric a pass on being this dumb to put himself or the company in harms way by disclosing confidential information that required an NDA..
