I called the company and asked about these resignations and was told there will be another PR (Thu?) that will make sense of the resignations.

The scenarios I can think of is there was a riff and they were replaced, they sold the South LA fields to focus on MS Lime or they got bought out.

I guess we will find out soon. I'm thinking it may be something good because the stock ran to $0.23 on no news which makes me think something leaked to cause that run up.
