It seems there a concerted effort on the board to persuade others to sell their shares

I think there's just the opposite. Seems to be a group of
posters that are trying to convince others NOT to sell. Why
is that? Estimates of .60 and 1.00? Based on what. Do these
individuals want to keep others from selling to keep the
price inflated?
