Hi Camaro4me,
Sorry for me adding to the confusion with that posting...I probably should have NOT written any reference to CT's and a w-9 form.
I only hold common shares and I may have assumed incorrectly that CT holders also had to fill out some kind of tax payer identity forms...thought I read about that on this board recently.

I'm still learning about the CT's before I actually try to purchase some shares...reading everything I can find.
