Nuke, you and Bungler make good points, the main thing is even with the bad news this stock didnt tank. Its still up from where it was 3 months ago. Its trading like no one understands right now. People still believe in BAVI. Its not retail buying this now. I think someones loading up for when PPHM makes their statement on what happened. If it was all bad news this would have been back at 40 cents IMHO. No one knows whats going on, just my gut feeling tells me that good new will come of this and maybe a little setback on the PPS but in 6 months it will be back. Time will tell.
