OK, I see what you mean. VIPR is not involved in the unrelated Cameron Linton SEC lawsuit, but it is still one of the clients named in the SEC lawsuit against TJ Management, which is the primary topic of this forum.

I'm sorry for the error. TJM client KKUR, however, was also involved in the Linton lawsuit. The other company involved was Viper Networks (VPER), which is not a known TJM client.
