Well said Florinda.

Great points.

I would still say that it's a kicking and screaming(behind closed doors) to need to execute the RKT deal. I think the main motivation just might be for leverage. At first, I don't think there was enough reality of executing it to be proper leverage. Now, with Rauber, Boglin, Dorrell, they can more than threaten to fill the RKT deal, they could go ahead and go through with it. I do think there is every intent now to setup a 3 processor cluster, but I think everyone would sign the $30 buyout, if offered soon before or after completing those first 3 machines. That's where we'll need time to see who is right, and again, hope that just one of us is wrong. Otherwise, we've hopelessly romanticized our major misfortune.

From Chris Irons to another investor in relation to the petcoke problem.

"In terms of your question regarding petcoke, it is no more of an issue now than it's ever been for us. The process of petcoke removal and kiln cleaning on processor two remains a mostly automated process, using very little man-power and getting our kilns to a "like new" clean after being performed. We remain very happy with the results of our proprietary petcoke removal process."
