Naloxone is a no brainer
It is used as a deliberate dual drug delivery along with Oxycodone to deliberately block the intestinal mu receptors attempting to alleviate the constipation problems. Analgesic effects of the Oxycodone is still at the brain and spine mu receptors. The agonist opioids essentially severely hamper the intestinal mu tracts peristaltic actions thereby causing constipation. The Naloxone, in linking with the intestinal mu receptors, blocks the agonist Oxycodone from combining with these sites and thereby normal peristaltic actions are performed.
Abuse resistant feature still depends on flooding with Naltrexone to block ALL mu receptors in the brain, spine, and intestinal tract
