This stock had 10 billion authorized shares and sold off all but 35 million with nothing to the retail shareholders to show for it, but excuses about offshore shorters, bad market makers, etc.
Etrade being a broker that clears their own transactions halting sales sounds like this one may be done or at minimum some kind of change happening with the symbol. Maybe start a buy-out rumor. LOL
The former CEO can no longer sit on the boards of any public company, and the products are now in the hands of another company for debt to them reasons.
Nothing left to sell and no stock to use as it's worthless.
