If you are reading what I said, you should be aware that I didn't say don't do a listing alone. I said there would be serious negative ramifications, and it's impossible to anticipate how serious they would be. The stock drops to $3 as you presume, or how about $1, who knows? If it's $1, it might be better to 'save' Sweden as a market until after the serious damage has been done in terms of the release of finanacing shares. In any case, some serious thought has to go into the decision. It might be best to release financing shares in the first half of 2013, and then go to Sweden at mid-year as a more pristine entity.
