I have taken a quick look at Penser Bank yearly report for 2011. And will be surprised if the bond deal will be for more then $5M. This is a very small bank.

So anyone who relentlessly complains about any issuance can mostly blame themselves, because it was always known.

It wasn't known to us that all those shares would hit the market. Even Solomon still believes that the number 1 reason why the stock is lacking performance is bad sentiment and accounting/fraud issues with Chinese companies. The number 2 reason, according to him, is the shorts and manipulation of the share price and/or the fact that we are trading on OTC. A distant third, according to Solomon, is the issuance of new shares which have to be absorbed by the market.

That tells you exactly what is wrong with this picture. Because the financing shares (hitting the market) is problem number 1 (given that the Swedes are willing to buy).

You misunderstand me utterly and completely. The innocence I was referring to is the state when Siaf initially gets listed in Sweden before any new financing shares are issued. It would be virtually impossible to regain that condition of hopefulness again once it's lost. Also, if there is not going to be an offering coincident with the listing, I doubt there would be one immediately afterwards.
