now u have silos in which people operate within the company without real efficiency. At some point, maybe a real leader will emerge and cost cut WAG into a lean mean growing machine.

If WAG was interested in distribution they could have looked to ABC, CAH, or MCK.

AB was most conveniently gift wrapped to them from KKR with a nice layaway plan. AB will continue to purchase small distributors through out the world without adding true value to WAG shareholders.

Distribution profits are low!

I think WAG goes the way of RAD in the coming years. I am interested to see where the margins are with the ESI and MHS business. No pharmacy can survive without ESI/MHS, and again Caremark will match this contract. 70% of WAG's RX business will be low margin.
