The worst thing that could happen is to go to NO BID...where to get your tax loss you have to tell the brokerage firm that to get a transaction they will be you $1.00 for all your shares.

Here is my take:
It will get to .0001 before RS, after RS it opens with ask .50 and bid at a dime or a quarter then drifts down to a penny. Then game begins all over again with new PR, new dilution and new bag holders, unless SEC catches on if there is anything to catch by then.
