GameZnFlix, Inc (GZFX) disclosed in an 8-K that on 7/19/05, the Company filed an Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized common stock to 4,000,000,000 shares. The Company previously had 2,000,000,000 share authorized.
