Post of the day so far, excellent summary and a must-read for all:

It all depends on what you believe.. If you believe verifiable facts you hold your shares tight. If you believe unverifiable statements then you might sell... I believe the facts myself. I have asked many times for proof of claims being made and have been presented with nothing whatsoever. So I will believe that the SEC suspended us for adequacy because that is what they put in black and white. I will believe Jim can get it fixed because he put that in black and white. it really is that simple.
