Not to be a wise guy, but judging strictly by stock price it doesn't look like Star won anything.

I was just thinking of posting almost the same thought. I was trying to think of some scenario where the ruling did NOT favor Star and they'd agree to a gag order. Not being a legal scholar, maybe there are possibilities that would not occure to me. But I also thought that mutual agreement to a gag order meant something fairly good.
