Treit--When I asked Penser finance guys whether a stock listing would involve an offering, they indicated it likely would not. I'm not sure I'd like to see a listing alone because if it was followed by huge sale of financing shares, the excitement of such a listing in Sweden would likely be lost as the stock gets driven downward. So if SIAF/Penser is aware of same, it would suggest that if there is to be a listing, it would likely be accompanied by a bond. And I sort of doubt there would be a bond without a listing (though it's possible). My guess is if we see anything, we'll see both.
