IF, and I repeat IF, this is only a matter of tying up loose ends, how would the SEC announcement have read? I submit it would be no different than it currently reads!
My point is that people can read whatever they want into this.
That is a routine, generalized statement and is NOT being mentioned with regards to ANY specific company.
And yet, it is being twisted and turned to proclaim that GTGP IS under something more than just late filings. There is NO evidence to support that, neither on the SEC website nor anywhere else. I might win the powerball too but until/unless it happens there is no reason to believe it will.
