Any Lodrane CR will have to be an CR NDA or an CR ANDA of an expired CR NDA. The CR mechanisms need to be FDA approved to assure against dose-dumping and accepted time-release distribution pattern. Elite's Lodrane 24D will be a CR NDA. The FDA is not going to approve anything less qualified. ECR's source Lodrane 12D will have to meet these requirements.
