I doubt that HEXA2 has ever had any revenue. It seems to be just a shell with the same exact flash-based Akamai platform "Dr." Ahmad Moradi, "Ph.D." uses in several of his companies. His main business in all of them seems to be selling stock to non US residents.

HEXA-2 just seems to be the one he's trying to get a public company to buy for an outrageous amount of stock instead of him paying to acquire a public shell. Sweet deal for him. Not so much for MDGC shareholders.

The HEXA2 address and telephone number are either bogus or outdated. You have to fill out a contact form to reach them -- something I often see with scams:

How would potential customers even find them? There is no publicity about any of Moradi's companies other than his own press releases.
