He received final approval this week...


It could also mean....he handed in an assignment and knows he was too busy working on his house to do it on his own so he plagerized it and has a bad feeling he is going to get caught. From the hundreds of his Tweets from the last 6 months that have had nothing at all to do with ENTI, why would you read into his Tweet...."AN AMAZING DAY, LET THE GAMES BEGIN" to mean anything remotely close to anything related to ENTI? You have stated you are not in contact with him, so how exactly do you come to this conclusion that all of a sudden, out of nowhere, he Tweets a reference to ENTI? I think this is leading people on. If he had anything to say, I believe it would be in a PR and not just a random Tweet that is not even from the CEO@Encounter. Tread lightly on what you post on this site, you are crossing the line here.

This is the definition I pulled from Wikipidea. In business finance, a waiting period (or quiet period) is the time in which a company making an IPO must be silent about it, so as not to inflate the value of the stock artificially. It is also called the cooling-off period.

... so is he planning an IPO? based on what?? we have nothing except alleged VSP technology that you think we might be entitled to Royalties from. I hope your VSP theory is true. Also, the Incorporation Date for Encounter Technologies Inc at https://delecorp.delaware.gov/tin/controller was 6/26/12. So, yes it is about 3 months now. I am skeptical but hope for the best.
