begin settlement discussions? again, i think if she was going to deny UWBK motion, then she would do so and it would be over, no need to drag it out. Remember UWBK wanted to meet for oral arguments and then the FDIC flipped and said they didnt want to meet. at the time, the request was denied, but would be entertained later. now they will be meeting face to face. should be a good day imo. our lawyers are going to put on a great show.
