uhh he has no integrity, he has failed to file for years and knowingly did so, he has in fact violated securities laws knowingly. He has no credibility as he has failed shareholders by knowingly comitting securities fraud by failure to file timely reports with the SEC.
So once again where is the SEC reponse requesting filings?
