The SEC shut this Scam down because the public needed to be protected from Jeff and KMAG. They do not take their harshest action without vast proof of wrongdoing.

SEC does not award do-overs. At some point they suspend and relegate to the greys. Game over. Point, set and match goes to the SEC.
