Here is my email I got from otcmarkets regarding the "E" status.


The –E is only added to delinquent companies that trade on the OTCBB. At some point, if the deficiency is not corrected, the security would be removed from the OTCBB and when this occurs, the –E would drop even though the company is still delinquent.

Let me know if you have any further questions.


So basically since they didn't file within the 30 days the "E" was attached, they got bumped down to the "pink" tier.
