Well slick you can believe what you want but according to some posters there is a time frame for these shares to be sold.That window is closing within the next 2 weeks or so.If someone was selling to eek a out a profit they would have sold at 45-50 ct range and made a nice profit as I'm sure some did.The lawsuit does not concern Metaswarm the company according to some poster's.Apparently to some the company is alive and well.So who and why the share's are being sold is still to me unknown.There are numerous river litigation's.Remember this does not concern the company only the share's that NYS to my understanding must divest themselves of for reason's unknown to me.So as stated we can speculate all we want but one poster has finally put a name on the Lawsuit.I believe that in the near future we will have our answer's.One way or another.Maybe if you have some lawyer friends they could do the DD and give you answer's.GLTY
