Hmmmmm- that is the same thing that was said when they were given the awards. Plus - there are NO rigs available, so don't think the PSC's will have much effect - especially since the process is marred with corruption and investigations. Same as during the awards... Again - just voicing my opinions.
If that was reality - the stock would have more volume and would not be on a one way trip to Redsville.
