I'm having the same issue on TDAmeritrade. I asked Ecolocap ~2 weeks ago. They replied that they just applied for DTC and the chill is on during verification. I'm not sure how long the verification process takes. I might ping Ecolocap again next week. I'll post an update if I hear anything

however i don't trade enough to tell you enough about whether it's the one to go with
i dislike their commissions when you trade at low frequency i'll tell you that much

I use Zecco and had no problems in selling/buying and I would say that Zecco is a discount company with 6.95 per trade in penny stocks and 4.95 in others?
