unless they find a reverse merger shell they won't be updating any filings IMO our best hope is for a pump IMO

if the A/S goes up, the O/S will likely follow. With the nibbling that's going on, they don't appear to be adding anything to the O/S (that look like public trades anyhow). I suppose they could have issued to a private investor, but we most likely would have seen them turn around and sell into the market if it was a "standard pink toxicity" type of dilution.
